Companion responsibilities:

  • Meet at the airport at the confirmed time, unless arranged otherwise.

  • Assist with check‑in if required, including ensuring luggage is checked in correctly.

  • Sit with the Companion during the flight when appropriate and support them while ensuring comfort.

  • Keep the Companion updated on departure times, gate numbers, and any relevant flight information.

  • Help settle them into their seat, including stowing cabin luggage and ensuring they have what they need.

  • Support to ensure a comfortable in‑flight experience, including entertainment access or managing belongings if needed.

  • Disembark and assist them with collecting their luggage.

  • Guide them through customs and any required airport processes.

The Traveller will:

• Arrive at the airport on time.

• Ensure luggage meets airline rules.

• Be polite and courteous to the companion.

• Provide correct documentation for travel.

• Agree to any additional services in advance.

Both Parties:

  • Are responsible for their own belongings and personal conduct at all times.

  • Are not responsible for any illegal behaviour or actions that cause concern to airport staff or security by the other party.

  • Are not responsible for travel disruptions or delays caused by airlines, airports, or other third parties.

  • Both parties cover their own meals, refreshments, and incidental expenses unless otherwise agreed.
