  • Board with the Traveller and assist with seating and comfort

  • Provide help with entertainment, meals, and accessibility needs during the flight

  • Assist with disembarkation, arrival forms, luggage, and customs at the destination

  • Assist with check-in, luggage, and cabin bags

  • Support the Traveller through customs, security, and the departure lounge

  • Keep the Traveller informed of flight details and schedules

Our Companions are personally selected confident travellers with the addition of being police vetted (NZ and Aust.). International companions can be sourced if required.
