Travel Support Terms

These Travel Support Terms outline what you can expect from your Companion, and what we need from you to ensure a smooth, comfortable journey.

Companion Responsibilities

Your Companion will:

  • Meet you at the airport at the confirmed time, unless arranged otherwise.

  • Assist with check‑in if required, including ensuring luggage is checked in correctly.

  • Sit with you during the flight when appropriate and support you while ensuring comfort.

  • Keep you updated on departure times, gate numbers, and any relevant flight information.

  • Help you settle into your seat, including stowing cabin luggage and ensuring you have what you need.

  • Support you with a comfortable in‑flight experience, including entertainment access or managing belongings if needed.

  • Disembark with you and assist with collecting your luggage.

  • Guide you through customs and any required airport processes.

Traveller Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Arrive at the airport on time to meet your Companion.

  • Ensure your luggage is packed appropriately and within airline weight limits.

  • Cover the cost of your own meals, refreshments, and personal purchases.

  • Be polite and respectful toward your Companion.

  • Provide any required travel documents needed for your journey.

  • Understand that any additional support must be agreed upon in advance as part of your initial request.

Additional Notes

  • You are responsible for your own belongings and personal conduct at all times.

  • Your Companion is not liable for illegal behaviour or actions that cause concern to airport staff or security.

  • Your Companion is not responsible for travel disruptions or delays caused by airlines, airports, or other third parties.

  • Companions cover their own meals, refreshments, and incidental expenses unless otherwise agreed.

While we do everything we can to provide a supportive, kind, and capable Companion — and to ensure they are treated fairly throughout the journey — Flight Companions Limited is not responsible for the behaviour, choices, or actions of either the Traveller or the Companion. We also cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by airlines, airports, government restrictions, natural events, or any other circumstances outside our control.
